When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our Web site, a secure, PCI Compliant server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Web site.
Other email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers to us through an unsecured email.

Policies & Procedures of Oak Hall Cap & Gown:
Shipping Notice: We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time with less than 2 weeks (14 days) processing time. Custom made regalia has a 8 week manufacturing time in addition to standard shipping time.
Rental Returns: It is important to return the gown and all rental materials in the fashion they arrived to you.
Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your souvenir regalia, you may return it unopened within 30 days and we will gladly refund you the purchase price of the product less shipping and handling. All returned items must be unopened, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. Rental regalia is not eligible for a refund after it has shipped.
Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom Made Regalia: Regalia that has been custom tailored is non-returnable.
Shipping Damage: If you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please call customer service at (540) 387-0000 within 15 days so that a claim can be filed, and replacement issued.
Colors: Due to differences in computer software and hardware, colors represented within this web site used to describe gown colors will most likely not be exact matches to the final product.
