My cap or gown does not fit. How do I exchange it? Regalia exchange requests must be done at the location or from the contact where they were ordered.

I didn’t turn in my rental gown. How do return it? Rentals should be returned to the pick-up location or as directed by the school. If that is not an option please contact customer service at 800/456-7623 or customerservice@oakhalli.com.
